As an Elderly Care Provider with TheKey, you will play a vital role in implementing tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care and companionship to seniors, assisting them with daily activities, personal care, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Implementing tailored care plans that nurture the full person, mind, body, and spirit
• Providing companionship, housekeeping, personal care, medicine reminders, and transportation to clients
• Assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management
• Treating clients like family members, going above and beyond to improve their quality of life
• Providing personal care chores such as hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light cleaning, feeding, and meal preparation
• Providing transportation to and from appointments, as needed
• Documenting work completion and reporting changes in the client's physical health, mental capability, or behavior

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Reliable means of transportation to and from work
• Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors, particularly those with Alzheimer's or dementia
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
