Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to integrate AI accelerators into their cloud strategy
- Design and implement migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate blithequark's AI-optimized infrastructure
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and benchmarking exercises to showcase the power of blithequark's accelerators and optimize model performance
- Develop repeatable assets and best practices to enable other customers and internal teams to succeed
- Influence blithequark's cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for customer requirements
- Travel to customer sites and events as needed to build strong relationships and drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Proven experience in building and operationalizing machine learning models, with a strong understanding of model performance and optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and lead detailed discovery and planning sessions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in training and fine-tuning large models (e.g., image, language, segmentation, recommendation, genomics) with accelerators
- Familiarity with MLPerf benchmarks and performance profiling tools (e.g., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard)
- Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus cost
- Ability to design and architect large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
- Strong business acumen and ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions
