As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing immediate support to our customers via live chat and email. You will be the face of our company, and your goal will be to deliver clear and accurate information to fulfill customer requests while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Immediate Support: Respond promptly to live chat and email inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide clear and accurate information to fulfill customer requests, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Manage Chat Requests: Efficiently manage chat requests and emails, prioritizing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and stored.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer concerns and share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Device and Internet: Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop) and a reliable internet connection.
- Independence and Availability: Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines, with a minimum of 10+ hours availability per week.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and accurate information.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
