Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team, working from the comfort of their own home. As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for selling Cutco products through one-on-one appointments, explaining the products, and placing orders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with others, are willing to learn, and are eager to develop their sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling Cutco products through one-on-one appointments, explaining the products, and placing orders
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions
- Working independently from home, with occasional local meetings and training sessions
- Creating a schedule that works best for you, with flexibility to work as much or as little as you prefer
- Meeting sales targets and earning commissions based on performance
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales and communication skills
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old (or 17 years old with a high school diploma)
