Experienced Executive Recruiter / Talent Sourcer Needed

We are a boutique executive search firm actively conducting multiple high-level executive searches across various industries. We are looking for a skilled, independent recruiter / talent sourcer to join us on an ongoing, long-term basis. Your Role: Proactively source and identify top-tier executive candidates (C-level, VP, Director, and other senior leadership roles) for our open searches. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, industry networks, and any other effective sourcing tools to build high-quality candidate pipelines. Conduct initial outreach (if requested) and screen candidates against our detailed job specifications. Compile and send us only the strongest, best-fit resumes/CVs with a short summary note on why the candidate matches the role. Work directly with our internal search team — we handle all client communication, interviews, and closing. We Are NOT Looking For: Full-cycle recruiters who manage the entire process (we only need sourcing + resume delivery). Generalist recruiters without executive-level experience. Requirements: Proven track record in executive search or executive-level talent sourcing (minimum 3+ years). Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques. Ability to source passive candidates effectively. Excellent written communication skills (professional, concise resume summaries). Reliable, fast, and highly organized. Must be able to work independently and deliver consistent weekly candidate flow. What We Offer: Steady volume of open executive roles (multiple searches running simultaneously).
