As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities** As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for: * **Customer Service**: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * **Communication**: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Issue Resolution**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Request Processing**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Call Tracking**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues. * **Upselling**: Upsell if required. **Qualifications** We're looking for individuals with: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. * **Age**: 18 years of age or older. * **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months customer service experience. * **Typing Speed**: Typing 25 WPM. * **PC Operation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation. * **Independence**: Ability to work independently. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. * **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. * **Composure**: Ability to stay composed and objective. * **Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills. **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home, you'll need: * **High-Speed Internet**: High-speed internet required, with proof of internet speed required. * **Dedicated Workspace**: A dedicated workspace. **Being One of Our People** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment that promotes happiness from the inside out.
