Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or written correspondence, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide personalized support to members, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Guide members through their plan benefits, Blithequark policies, and procedures, ensuring they have access to the resources they need.
- Build trust and rapport with members, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide creative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and track member interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide informed support to members.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications).
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
