**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network. You'll learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions, and position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. You'll also close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
**Responsibilities**
* Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network.
* Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
* Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
* Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
* Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
* Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or GED.
* One or more years of work experience in a sales or customer service role.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
* Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
* Even better if you have one or more of the following:
+ Experience working in a commission-based environment.
+ Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
+ Customer service experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
* Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Competitive salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as the chance to receive individual incentives.
