Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing service appointments with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinating and scheduling technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient dispatching.
- Managing schedules for last-minute changes or emergencies, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints, providing top-notch customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Organizing documents, invoices, and client records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Processing customer payments and following up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely payment and minimizing financial losses.
- Assisting in the setup and implementation of ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software, staying up-to-date with industry-leading tools and technologies.
- Contributing to additional tasks to support the company's growth, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in the home service industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical services, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with experience in cloud-based CRM systems (Jobber, HouseCall Pro, SingleOps, etc.) a plus.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials, although not required, is a significant advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
TECH REQUIREMENTS
To perform this role effectively, you will need:
- A desktop or laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor, running on Windows or Mac operating systems.
- 8gb RAM or more, with supportable internet speeds and a router easily accessible from your workspace.
- Able to work with a variety of software applications, including ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software.
Position Details
This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm EST. As a member of our team, you can expect:
