Key Responsibilities
- Provide Prompt and Professional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of customer orders and shipments.

- Identify and Suggest Improvements: Analyze customer interactions and suggest enhancements to our processes, systems, and customer service techniques.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or higher.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
- Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers, resolving conflicts and reaching mutually beneficial resolutions.
