Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, providing a seamless customer experience
- Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and company products, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Maintain a positive and professional brand voice in all interactions, upholding the highest standards of customer service
- Help identify trends and insights in social media conversations to better understand customer needs and preferences
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or community management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines and customer needs

- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays, to ensure that customer needs are met
