About the Job
An issue isn’t genuinely settled until it’s tackled for all. That is why we at arenaflex build products that assist with setting out opportunities for everybody. As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you’ll utilize your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and negotiate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. You’re equally comfortable explaining your team’s findings and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, figure out and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations.
- Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale.
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and following up on opportunities to move forward.
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year certification or identical reasonable experience.
- 3 years of involvement with program management.
- 3 years of involvement in managing cross-functional or cross-group projects.
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating data sets using SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of involvement in managing large, cross-functional projects traversing a different arrangement of partners both technical and non-technical individuals.
- 3 years of involvement with technical program/project management jobs.
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners inside at least one group to drive effect and work toward shared objectives.
- Excellent analytical, data perception, and decisive reasoning abilities.

You should be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbally. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple projects and tasks is essential.
