Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product development and business strategies
- Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to drive data-driven decision-making
- Design and implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes to support business intelligence and analytics
- Work with data stewards and engineering teams to aggregate and process data from various sources
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with large datasets and complex data systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse Analytics
- Familiarity with data quality and integrity tools such as Google DataPlex, Collibra, or SAS Data Management
- Experience with machine learning models and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of retail or e-commerce industry trends and dynamics
