About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Team within the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our HR systems and processes are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with various responsibilities, including:
- Obtaining fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters
- Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
- Schedule and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Compliance
- Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis
- Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Organizing data
- Creating complex formulas
- Vlookup
- Advanced Access skills
- Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports
- Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to direct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
- Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
We'd love to see:
- Previous experience in HR Compliance or a related field
- Familiarity with HRIS and EC systems
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
