Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry and Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various business processes, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and driving business growth. Your expertise in data entry, operations, and project management will be essential in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute various business processes, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain effective systems and procedures for managing complex issues, both within existing resources and through innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and implement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to key partners on subject matters, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies, plans, and objectives, driving business growth and improvement.
- Manage the execution of methodologies, processes, and approaches that significantly impact the organization.
- Share complex data related to specialized topics, ensuring effective communication with senior management, direct reports, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain key internal and external contacts, fostering positive relationships and driving business growth.
- Set financial, operational, and quality goals, developing and directing working plans for the area of responsibility.
- Ensure the development and advancement of customer awareness, market share, or specified drives, monitoring the competitive landscape and making recommendations for process improvements.
- May develop budgets for designated areas of responsibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Investigate performance drivers, proactively identifying significant procedures, and contributing to recognizing solutions for moderation and streamlining to achieve overall business objectives.
- Coordinate teams responsible for daily activities, supervising and directing the work of managers, directors, and their subordinates.
- Acquire and allocate resources to meet working plans, ensuring the continuous development and advancement of direct reports.
- Create and tutor staff through onboarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders within a matrix organization to develop processes that meet division objectives within budget and timelines.
- Experience creating key drivers that align with business objectives and budget.
- Experience identifying functional issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues.
- Experience driving cross-functional teams.
- Experience communicating at the executive level.
- Experience overseeing client-facing programs.
- At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team management experience.
- Able to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems.
- Graduate degree/MBA.
- Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.).
- Experience with system architecture (e.g., Professionals, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.).
- Experience using business intelligence tools alongside data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, etc.).
- Certified as a Salesforce administrator or developer.
- Experience in training, tutoring, and developing less senior colleagues.
- Experience planning and executing financial models alongside complex business initiatives.
- Experience communicating with executive-level authority both within and to client organizations.
- Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals).
- Experience with systems such as Cure and GIS.
- Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a data center/business intelligence/decision support network environment or at least 2 years of IT experience.
- Experience in training, tutoring, and developing less senior colleagues.
