In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care and data entry services, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accumulating and organizing artwork, including character models, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities, labeling, categorizing, and creating final model packs for cargo.
- Organizing asset files, uploading models to perception, prepping documents for background painters and color designers, and maintaining standardized formats, including naming conventions.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design lists as needed, taking notes at assigned meetings, and communicating with vendors, animation teams, and other stakeholders.
- Providing critical materials for artists, including reference materials, and ensuring high-quality control for line art in digital artwork.
- Collaborating with production managers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve issues, address delays, and improve workflows.
- Maintaining a helpful attitude, demonstrating eagerness and curiosity, and participating in morale events and team-building activities.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
