**What You'll Do**
As a Senior Analyst in our Financial Planning Systems team, your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data
* Reviewing and approving data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory bodies
* Investigating and resolving issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
* Maintaining system upkeep, including client permissions and access
* Providing support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
* Assisting with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
* Facilitating and completing monthly headcount processes using Hyperion
* Updating Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements, proposing and presenting effective solutions
* Creating Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for financial divisions
**What You'll Need for Success**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field
* 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis
* A strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures
* Familiarity with Hyperion and development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)
* Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies related to financial issues
* Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
* Attention to detail with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
