Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate and complete data in various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and other software applications.

- Collaborate with the Data Manager and other team members to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives, including data migration, data cleansing, and data analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Meet deadlines and productivity standards, and continuously look for ways to improve data entry processes and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and comfortable with data entry software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
