Job Summary
blithequark is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Enrollment Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 3-month contract basis. As an Enrollment Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests to support the onboarding of internal and external customers. This administrative role requires a unique blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to oversee and implement activations, ensuring seamless integration with various stakeholders.
As an integral part of our Enrollment Management team, you will utilize a combination of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, adhering to company policies, state laws, and regulations. Your primary objective will be to provide reporting and insights to support operational needs on a predetermined basis, including ad hoc and scheduled reports. Key Responsibilities
- Extract, manipulate, analyze, and assess enrollment data and requests to support the onboarding of internal and external customers.
- Utilize various methods, approaches, and technology to oversee and implement activations, ensuring compliance with company policies, state laws, and regulations.
- Provide reporting and insights to support operational needs on a predetermined basis, including ad hoc and scheduled reports.
- Coordinate and negotiate with customers, the business, and technology teams to identify, assess, define, document, and negotiate best practices and processes.
- Maintain and update system profiles, supporting various products related to onboarding, such as dealer customer ability to contact electronically with lenders and integration partner providers.
- Set up product/feature sets for dealers and create dealership profiles within the CAMS.
- Maintain and update user profiles within the CAMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Adhere to all audit/policies and procedures, maintaining safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and owner contacts, providing exceptional customer service.
