About the Position
The Financial Services Consultant role at Argus Advisory is a pivotal position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with the Argus US team to enhance client relationships, develop outputs using the Argus Consortia dataset, and leverage industry-leading data sets to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable analyses. Responsibilities
- Support the development of outputs using the Argus Consortia dataset: You'll work closely with the Argus US team to develop outputs that meet the needs of our clients, using the Argus Consortia dataset as a key resource.
- Collaborate with the Argus US team to enhance client relationships: You'll work closely with our team to build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their strategic objectives.
- Leverage industry-leading data sets to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable analyses: You'll use your analytical skills to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable analyses, providing insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
- Presentation of findings to management using best-in-class visualization techniques and clear commentary: You'll present your findings to management using best-in-class visualization techniques and clear commentary, ensuring that your insights are communicated effectively and actionable.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in economics, behavioral economics, finance, statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, social sciences, computer science, or related field(s). You'll also need to have:
- Data analytic experience with SQL/AWS (preferred) and/or SAS or other data mining or statistical software: You'll have experience working with data analytic tools, including SQL/AWS and/or SAS or other data mining or statistical software.
- Data visualization experience with Tableau (preferred) and/or other visualization software: You'll have experience working with data visualization tools, including Tableau and/or other visualization software.
- Some experience in the consumer banking or related industry is valuable: You'll have some experience in the consumer banking or related industry, with a strong understanding of the sector and its trends.
