Key Responsibilities
- Meet with Union Members and Veterans on Zoom to review their benefits and build a plan that meets their individual needs.
- Determine their medical qualification and complete their application to be sent to underwriting.
- Follow up with clients as they are in the underwriting process and help them file claims against their policies when needed.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales performance and client satisfaction.
