Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Engage with customers to narrow down appointment information and schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills; familiarity with chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
- Strong ability to multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with the ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gaming experience or previous experience with chat software and CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience working in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
