**About the Role:**
As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the Adversarial Abuse group and the Business Investigation group, working closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse on our platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the Adversarial Abuse group and the Business Investigation group, responsible for identifying and eliminating agitators attempting account takeovers, spam, commitment misuse, evading end, and other forms of adversarial abuse
* Collaborating with the Strategy Development group to develop approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
* Conveying powerful and productive functional execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24×7
* Managing accelerations with quick time required to circle back, provide data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while creating associations with key cross-functional partners to assist with launching new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse
* Overseeing the development of tools and systems to stay ahead of quickly evolving abuse patterns, working closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
* At least 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
* 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical models
* 2 years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models
* 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require
* Preferred qualifications:
+ Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, data science)
+ 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection
+ Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
+ Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
+ Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
+ Magnificent business judgment, critical and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights
