Job Summary
As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and callers, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians. This is a unique opportunity to work in a non-clinical role within the medical industry, using your excellent customer service skills to make a difference in people's lives. You'll be trained and supported to handle calls with sensitivity and professionalism, even in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process calls from patients, families, and medical providers, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians
- Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards
- Utilize computer software and systems to document and manage caller information
- Collaborate with clinicians and other support agents to resolve caller issues and provide solutions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with minimum requirements
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (not shared)
- Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support environment
- Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
