Job Responsibilities
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers stock plan management by:
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Processing the discharge of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards
- Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
- Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation
- Performing other equity plan management tasks, as requested
Key Responsibilities
Equity Plan Management
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll be responsible for managing equity plans, including:
- Stock option plans
- Performance Share Units (PSUs)
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
- Stock purchase plans
Data Analysis and Reporting
You'll also be responsible for analyzing data and producing reports, including:
- Ad-hoc data analytics
- Reporting on equity plan management activities
- Data audits to ensure operational compliance
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable area preferred.
Skills and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), systems, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
- Strong attention to detail
