Key Responsibilities
- Out-bound call selling to solicit orders for goods or services, with a focus on high-end sales and customer service
- Sell and describe products and services, respond to customer questions, and obtain customer information as needed
- Analyze data to identify Top Spenders, Frequency of orders, Inactive/lost consumers for soliciting sales, and provide insights and recommendations to the management team
- Act as a reliable source for consumer information, and deliver high-quality data and insights to the management team
- Enter data and maintain a database of existing customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality with client information, and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data protection and customer privacy
- Maintain detailed records of telephonic communications and interactions, including accounts, orders, and payments
- Identify and escalate priority issues, and work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer complaints and technical issues
- Process orders, manage customer accounts, and troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues
- Respond to emails and other customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety awareness and accident prevention guidelines
- Represent the company with complete professionalism, using telephone etiquette skills and ensuring that outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend potential or current customers
- Act as a team player, working collaboratively with co-workers to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end sales in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, communication, and customer service
