Key Responsibilities

• Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, ensuring that customers receive courteous, fair, and efficient service
• Register sales on assigned sales register, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Support the pharmacy team in the act of pharmacy, under direct supervision, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data and process prescriptions
• Engage with clients and patients, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, including counters, stockrooms, and equipment
• Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual claims, handling calls, and maintaining records
• Support inventory management activities, including ordering, receiving, and storing shipments of medications and other products
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances and other products

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization
• Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through our designated training program
• Knowledge of store inventory control and experience with photo services, including digital photo processing and creative machines
