As a Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat software. You'll interact with visitors on our clients' websites, respond to customer inquiries, and provide prompt and friendly support to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing product information and recommendations.

- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information, ensuring that you have the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional customer support.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure that issues have been resolved and that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our customer support services.
Contract Length and Pay Rate
This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, giving you the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.
Skills and Background Needed
To qualify for this position, you must have:

- A reliable internet connection.
