Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1+ year of consecutive customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
- Call center experience is not required, but it's a plus, as is experience working with computer systems and software applications
- 1+ year of working with a computer system, with proficient data entry skills and attention to detail
- Positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Strong attendance history and reliable transportation, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
- HS Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and metrics
