Job Summary
We're looking for a full-time Remote Data Entry Clerk to process healthcare claim forms, input data with high accuracy, and provide production services such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning. As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving documents via mainframe or web-based applications, adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws, and providing support to other business operations during heavy workloads or absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our clients, digitalizing them in a provided form.
- Input all details of the claim with high accuracy, ensuring attention to detail and meeting productivity standards.
- Provide production services such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning.
- Receive documents via mainframe or web-based applications, and navigate multiple applications and screens with ease.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws, ensuring information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.
- Quickly adapt to business rule changes and provide support to other business operations during heavy workloads or absences.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must be capable of lifting 40 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead.
- Must be able to clear a criminal background check.
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data entry experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Strong work ethic and great attention to detail, with ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.
