Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of utility bill data entries, demonstrating both speed and accuracy in your daily tasks. You will work remotely with required working hours of 7 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific Time, regardless of personal time zone. Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently input data related to utility bills, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Productivity and Focus: Maintain a consistent pace and focus throughout the work shift to meet daily targets, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Remote Work: Work remotely with required working hours of 7 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific Time, regardless of personal time zone, and be available for virtual meetings and communication.
- Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple data entry and administrative projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Requirements: Use dual monitors and specific hardware setups to maximize productivity and accuracy, ensuring a comfortable and efficient work environment.

Essential Qualifications
- Data Entry Experience: 1-4 years of demonstrable data entry experience, with a minimum typing speed of 14,000 keystrokes per hour.
- Technical Requirements: Ability to set up a home office with a Windows-based computer system (MACs are not compatible), dual high-resolution monitors, a web camera, speakers or headphones, and a 10-key keyboard.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
