Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full-Time Remote Food Service Worker to join our team as a Customer Experience and Kitchen Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving our signature sandwiches and salads, while also assisting with kitchen operations and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve our signature sandwiches and salads to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation and safety procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and kitchen operations.
- Contribute to the success of our team by being flexible, adaptable, and proactive in responding to changing circumstances.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in food service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for food, people, and creating memorable experiences.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
