As a Reservations Consultant and Social Media Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to manage all customer interactions across our digital platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, understanding their needs, and assisting with their reservations enquiries. This includes responding promptly to social media comments and messages, moderating posts, managing live chat on multiple booking sites, and handling customer inquiries via our Shopify store chat. You'll also play a crucial role in improving efficiency by assisting in the setup and management of chatbots and automation tools.
