**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling when required
**Qualifications**
We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Possess 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Have the ability to type 25 words per minute
* Hold a High School Diploma or GED
* Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
* Demonstrate proven oral and written communication skills
* Possess logical problem-solving skills
* Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
* Exhibit organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following internet connection requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace
