**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our team, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging virtual team environment, using your skills and creativity to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
**Responsibilities**
* **Connect with customers**: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media
* **Resolve issues**: Calmly and professionally resolve customer issues and concerns
* **Escalate interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
* **Track call information**: Record and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* **Provide feedback**: Offer feedback on call issues and concerns
* **Upsell**: Offer additional products or services to customers when required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Ability to work remotely**: Work effectively in a virtual team environment
* **Customer service experience**: 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* **Age requirement**: Be at least 18 years old
* **Typing speed**: Type at least 25 words per minute
* **Education**: High school graduate or equivalent
* **Computer skills**: Be comfortable using desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
* **Communication skills**: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
* **Problem-solving skills**: Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations

To work from home, you'll need:
* **Internet connection**: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
* **ISP requirements**: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms
