Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency with Workday HCM tools, including experience in Mass Uploads (EIB), to effectively manage HR systems and processes.
- Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills to provide exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Keen attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong logical reasoning skills for complex problem-solving and a degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
