Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and making the right hiring decisions to build a high-performing team.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role is necessary.
- HR Best Practices: Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws is essential.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are necessary to address employee concerns and manage conflicts.
- Confidentiality: A high level of confidentiality and ethical standards is expected in this role.
