Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, although relevant experience and skills can be considered.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role, enabling effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) are highly desirable, with specific experience in ClearCo ATS being a plus.
