We are seeking an experienced Lead Specialist - Account Services to join our team. As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, success, implementation, and retention services to our clients. Your primary goal will be to manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and optimize the customer experience.
