Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Solutions Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a sales strategy in coordination with the Vice President, Learning Solutions to grow enterprise relationships with law firms, organizations, and government agencies
• Identifying, nurturing, and managing leads within the legal community, guiding them through the sales funnel from outreach to closing deals
• Collaborating with firm professional development staff to offer tailored CLE solutions that meet their training needs
• Attending conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent Lawline, furthering business development efforts and identifying new sales opportunities
• Serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the sales process and ensuring the successful closing of deals
• Addressing the learning needs of prospective and existing clients, as needed, by developing CLE programs that deepen relationships with Lawline clientele and drive enterprise sales
• Partnering with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of enterprise clients
• Responding to client feedback and requests to tailor learning solutions and maximize client retention

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A license to practice law in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
• A minimum of 2 years of legal practice experience
• Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with law firms, legal thought leaders, or organizational clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value and negotiate deals
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, from content creation to deal closure
• An entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and pivot in a dynamic environment
• Ability to travel nationwide for conferences, networking events, and client meetings as needed
