**Position Overview**
As a Home or Office Live Chat Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to live chat inquiries from our customers in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage and Respond to Live Chat Inquiries**: Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**
