About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the voice of our brand, providing high-touch service to customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for blithequark Luxury Stores, providing exceptional service to customers and promoting our brand values
- Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues across multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Reply to customer inquiries about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions, providing personalized recommendations and solutions
- Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of blithequark Luxury Store's full range of products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and offerings
- Handle customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, utilizing a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and technical issues
- Ensure clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations
- Work with external shipping contractors to assist customers with domestic and international issues, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and integrity
- Confidence to make decisions on late returns, faulty goods, and concessions if necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience working in a high-volume environment, with a proven track record of maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
