Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to work remotely from Texas, USA. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining Southwest Airlines' network infrastructure. This includes network hardware and software, ensuring network integrity, troubleshooting issues, and upgrading existing systems. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute new network implementations, as well as improvements to existing networks, to maximize efficiency and security.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Procure network hardware and manage subcontractors involved in network installation.
• Configure routing and switching to optimize network performance and security.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members, as well as to other teams and stakeholders.
• Offer technical direction or backing to the development or troubleshooting of systems.

Essential Qualifications
