Key Responsibilities

- Managing operational objectives, projects, intake processes, governance, and facilitating prioritization discussions
- Leading a team of professionals responsible for project and program management
- Developing and managing roadmaps among cross-functional teams, as well as interrelated and independent application and/or infrastructure changes
- Tracking and reporting on program achievements, driving execution for timely, on-scope delivery, and managing resourcing and budgets for projects and programs
- Ensuring high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience
- Recommending process improvements and serving as a customer concern point for all issues and questions associated with a project or program
- Ensuring that resource requirements needed to support a particular project are in place for all projects
- Providing ongoing written and verbal status updates to senior leadership
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in project and program management, preferably in the healthcare technology sector
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects and programs
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and people management skills
- A detailed understanding of software implementation projects and related methodologies
- Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to gain acceptance of others and hold them accountable in sensitive situations
- A passion for technology and healthcare, with a proactive, organized, and accountable approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Oracle Health, Cerner, or ITWorks solutions
- A certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
- A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or healthcare administration
