**Responsibilities and Duties:**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with loan applications, payment arrangements, and other inquiries
* Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts, using basic business math to solve problems, and maintaining a professional demeanor when speaking to customers
* Utilizing multiple software systems to examine loan applications, evaluate eligibility, and finalize loan details
* Following up with customers to clarify important points, finalize loan details, and keep them informed of rules and obligations
* Staying up-to-date on lending and other financial services, creating and renewing records, and identifying customer needs to explore all available options
* Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to changing company needs, and meeting monthly individual goals as set by management
* Multitasking by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously, while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor under pressure
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and understand information and ideas presented verbally
* Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and adapt quickly to changing company needs
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage
**Technical Skills:**

**Working Conditions / Physical Demands:**
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly
* Sitting for extended periods of time
* Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (remote work after initial 1-week training period)
* Fully remote after initial 1-week training period (training will be 8am-5pm M-F during 1st week)
