**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service / Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with energy and enthusiasm
* Building lasting relationships with clients, customers, and team members based on trust and reliability
* Meeting or exceeding call center metrics while delivering excellent customer service
* Meeting department productivity and quality standards
* Striving for first call resolution and taking ownership of customer needs and issues
* Communicating and following instructions for one call customer resolution
* Delivering amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
* Taking an active role in educating customers about our client's products and services
* Maintaining accuracy and production standards in data entry tasks
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel
* SAP experience is a plus
* Excellent data entry accuracy and communication skills
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a transaction-based environment such as a call center
* Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Excellent voice quality and a professional demeanor
* Ability to maintain a helpful and knowledgeable tone on all calls handled
