**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, working approximately 3-29 hours per week. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and claims, and utilizing our account management systems to improve the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service and Claim Intake**: Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs.
* **Empathy and Support**: Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
* **Claim Documentation**: Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately, maintaining the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
* **Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* **Call Scripting**: Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
* **Punctuality and Reliability**: Remain available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support, adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage.

**Required Skills and Abilities**
* **Language Skills**: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and provide detailed accident descriptions.
* **Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred**: Ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse client base.
* **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to type at least 40wpm.
* **Communication Skills**: Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence, providing feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner.
**Education and Experience**
* **High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)**: Required.
* **1-2 Years of Quality Assurance Experience**: Preferred.
**Network Requirements**
* **Speed Test**: Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net).
* **Ethernet Connection**: Not required, but strongly recommended.
* **Private Network**: Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations.
* **No VPNs**: Logins must happen in the US, and VPNs are not allowed.
