We are seeking friendly, action-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Insurance team as part-time Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will handle inbound customer calls, manage outbound follow-up calls, and provide support for customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in delivering exceptional service and meeting objectives.
