About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a remote work opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour and a flexible schedule of 8 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking treatments across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and colleagues.
• Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquiring goals across products.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to target and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly.
• Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discourse, and monthly re-forecasting process.

Essential Qualifications
