**The Opportunity**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Team in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area
* Managing notices in different job portals with which we work and evaluating candidates that apply to them
* Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in data entry or a related field
* Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
